    • Biography

    Jay Howard will make his IndyCar debut in 2008 with Roth Racing after a very successful career in the Indy Pro Series. The English born driver started racing go-karts at age 7 and quickly moved through the ranks of the British junior series. Howard won the British Formula Ford Zetec Championship in 2003 and after moving across the Atlantic he won the U.S. Formula Ford Zetec Championship in 2005. In 2006 he moved to the Indy Pro Series with Sam Schmidt Motorsports and won the championship the same year.
