Just like the previous two oval races, the weather could once again play a major role. Temperatures will be scorching this weekend in Lebanon, Tennessee, home to Nashville Superspeedway. Both Saturday and Sunday carry a chance of thunderstorms, with the risk slightly higher on Sunday. With the race scheduled to start at 4:40 PM local time, it could coincide with the late-afternoon thunderstorms currently in the forecast. Let's hope the weather won't interfere with the race.

Saturday, July 18: 93°F (34°C), partly cloudy with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms
Sunday, July 19: 90°F (32°C), cloudy with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms
