Over the past two years, Juncos Hollinger Racing has shown flashes of pace — with Conor Daly excelling on ovals in 2025 and Romain Grosjean impressing on road and street courses the year before. For 2026, the team’s goal is to be competitive everywhere. To achieve that, it signed Rinus VeeKay as lead driver — a proven all around racer on every type of track — and retained Sting Ray Robb as his teammate.

Rinus VeeKay, Sebring Last year, VeeKay made headlines by finishing inside the top 10 seven times for small outfit Dale Coyne Racing, including a runner up finish in Toronto. Although Juncos’s drivers finished behind him in the championship, he expects better equipment this season — and, importantly, he’s had a full off season to prepare with the team.

“I feel like it’s going to be a really good season,” VeeKay said. “Having more than two weeks to prepare for St. Pete will be nice for a change. It’s great to have had almost a full off season to get to know everyone. I definitely want to finish top 10 in the championship — and I think we can fight for wins and podiums, not just once or twice, but regularly.”

“The main thing I want to bring to JHR is consistency. If we tie that together with speed, we can have a front running package all year long. I already feel a strong connection with the crew and the engineers.”

Sting Ray Robb, Sebring Sting Ray Robb enters his fourth IndyCar season and, for the first time, returns to a team he already knows. After one year stints with Dale Coyne Racing and AJ Foyt Racing, continuity at JHR could be the key to a breakthrough. So far, the Idaho native has only two top ten finishes in 51 starts — a statistic he’s determined to improve alongside new teammate VeeKay.

“Yeah, Rinus is great,” Robb said. “We’ve been friends for a long time, which makes working together fun. Building consistency is our biggest focus this year — narrowing that performance window so we’re solid every weekend. Over the off season, we really identified weaknesses and tried to fix them. It’s not about pushing harder; it’s about doing things the right way. If we do that, the results will come naturally.”
