De uit Stockdale, Ohio komende Zach Veach gaat in 2019 bezig aan zijn tweede seizoen in de NTT IndyCar Series, de Amerikaan mocht in 2017 al een kijkje in de keuken nemen in het leven van een IndyCar coureur nadat Veach voorafgaand aan de wedstrijd op Barber Motorsports Park werd gevraagd om de geblesseerde J.R. Hildebrand te vervangen bij Ed Carpenter Racing, daarnaast reed Veach ook nog de Indianapolis 500 in een derde bolide van A.J. Foyt Enterprises.

Voordat Zach Veach in 2017 zijn eerste twee IndyCar wedstrijden reed was de Andretti Autosport coureur te vinden in alle Mazda Road To Indy Series vanaf het jaar 2010 tot en met 2016 met uitsluiting van 2015 toen het talent uit Ohio moest herstellen van een operatie aan zijn hand.

In 2020 komt Veach voor het derde achtereenvolgende jaar uit voor het team van Andretti Autosport, na twee zeer lastige seizoenen begint de tijd langzaam maar zeker aardig te dringen voor de Amerikaan en zal de door Gainbridge gesponsorde coureur er alles aan gelegen zijn om van het aankomende seizoen een waar succes te maken.
