After last week’s final street-circuit race of the season, it’s time for the final oval races this weekend — not one, but two! The Milwaukee Mile will host full-length races on Saturday and Sunday, giving oval specialists such as Josef Newgarden, David Malukas, and Christian Rasmussen a chance to put an extra shine on their seasons. There’s also a good chance that Alex Palou could clinch the championship this weekend! Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the upcoming race weekend!

Weather Forecast

As has been the case with nearly all of the oval races this year, there is also a chance of rain during the races this weekend, although the risk is lower this time around than during the previous oval races. The race weekend will begin with sunny conditions and temperatures reaching 77°F (25°C) on Friday, followed by more cloud cover on Saturday with a chance of thunderstorms. Temperatures are expected to be considerably higher for Sunday’s race, reaching 86°F (30°C), with mostly cloudy conditions.
