Dan Clarke will return to Champ Car for a second season with Minardi Team USA. Clarke competed for the team, formerly CTE-HVM Racing, full-time last season. The British driver scored a season-high third place finish in Denver in 2006, marking the first time that season that a rookie finished on the podium. Clarke will drive the Panoz DP01 for the first time in the Vegas Grand Prix.
