Raphael Matos, São Paulo Luzco-Dragon Racing/de Ferran Motorsports enters it four season of IndyCar competition, and its second full campaign after partial schedules in 2007 and 2008. Raphael Matos returns to the team he won Rookie of the Year with in 2009, and Gi de Ferran joins the ownership. Davey Hamilton has signed with the team for the Indianapolis 500 and some select races in 2010.
