Kimball Leads first practice for Lights
Charlie Kimball continued a resurgent end to his 2010 season by turning the quick lap for the Indy Lights' opening practice for tomorrow's Chicagoland 100. AFS/Andretti Autosport teammate Martin Plowman was right behind Kimball, with Sebastian Saavedra, James Hinchcliffe, and Adrian Campos Jr. rounding out the top five.

Points leader J.K. Vernay struggled somewhat during the afternoon, ending the day ninth in the field.

A second practice is schedule for them tomorrow morning at 11:00 EST, with qualifying held at 2:00 that same afternoon.
