The "Monterey Festival of Speed" kicked off today at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. This weekend will feature round 2 of the Coopertires Atlantic Championship, the first two rounds of the Formula BMW USA season, and the return of Cristiano DaMatta to racing alongside good friend and fellow driver Jimmy Vasser.
