Alex Lloyd, Homestead Mutoh makes the step up from IPS to join Andretti Green Racing for the 2008 season. Mutoh began his career in his native Japan. He took part in races all over Europe, but stayed close to Japan. Mutoh moved to North America in 2007 to compete in IPS. He finished second in the championship and won rookie of the year honors, winning two races along the way. He participated in the IRL season finale at Chicago before moving up to the IRL full time for 2008.
