For the throngs that spend 11 months of the year the plaintively groaning the phrase "is it May yet??" Their suffering is over. May is finally upon us. Soon place fans everywhere will flock to the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500. Oh, you weren't aware it was the 100th running? Do you live under a rock?

The Month of May is an entity all unto itself, and now with the Grand Prix of Indianapolis out of the way, teams, drivers, manufacturers, and fans can return their attention to the build up to the "big prize", with each on track session over the course of the next 2 weeks leading up to the historic cornerstone race of the IndyCar season: the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500.

Instead of doing a week to week listing, the following is a breakdown of all the on-track sessions for the remainder of the month leading up to race day on May 29th:
